I founded Nat Nooks after leaving my full-time property management career, and have spent quite a few years living in rentals in myself. I’d love to use what I’ve learned to help find you a place to call home that’s operated fairly and safely.

When you hire me for renting, we’ll discuss your housing needs and I’ll get a search started. I’ll be vetting listings before we set foot in them with help of my knowledge of the local property management companies, as well as other green and red flags. I’ll schedule our showings, help you apply, and will be at your service to give my advice if any tenant/landlord disputes arise at any point during your lease. Standard commission for rentals is paying your Realtor 50% of one month’s rent at the time of lease signing.
